Director and Producer
Over the past 20 years Pamela has built up a vast range of experience. She has worked with some of the finest and most creative production talent in the business - DOPs, editors, composers and producers who inspire and collaborate. She has filmed throughout the world, interviewing hundreds of people from all walks of life.
Pamela develops unique relationships with her contributors, giving them a genuine voice in her films. Whether it’s an 85 year-old woman disclosing a rape in the 1930’s, a close-knit family dealing with the heartbreak of dementia, a Russian victim of state-terror, Jamie Oliver or Davina McCall, they all have a story to tell.
Pamela's passion is to bring their stories to life visually so that they speak to a wider truth. Documentary allows them to express their inner most experiences whilst elevating their story so that it touches the concerns and emotions of the viewer.
She began her TV career making social history documentaries, uncovering the frightening taboos of pre-war Britain, and moved on to contemporary documentary exploring the hidden realities of present-day Britain. Pamela then moved into factual entertainment, bringing her documentary skills and storytelling to fashion a fresh approach to modern celebrity.
Pamela continues her search to discover stories that matter, telling them in her own intensely personal manner.
