Overview

Russell England is an award-winning director, producer and writer with experience in documentary, drama-documentary, drama and commercials.

Recent work includes 'Islands of the Pacific with Martin Clunes', 'Babies' for Netflix and 'Lost Cities with Albert Lin' for Nat Geo. His 'Who Do You Think You Are? with the Paralympian Jonnie Peacock was part of the BAFTA winning series at the 2019 BAFTAs. 'The Truth About Sleep' with Michael Moseley was the highest-rated science programme on the BBC for the last 18 years. He also directed the three-part 'Six Wives with Lucy Worsley' which was shortlisted for the 2017 Grierson documentary awards. His feature film debut 'Unhallowed Ground' was released through Kaleidoscope Film Distribution and won 'Best Horror Film' at the British Independent Film Festival in 2015.
