Clare Richards' Post Office scandal doc goes live tonight

ITV’s hugely successful drama Mr Bates vs. The Post Office is matched tonight on ITV by forensic documentary Mr Bates vs. The Post Office - The True Story. The 60’ documentary, directed by Stern & Wild’s own Clare Richards, is based on intimate interviews with key protagonists, clips from the drama, archive from the time and specially shot material of the actual locations to piece together the impact of these appalling events on the Subpostmasters themselves. It is narrated by Toby Jones. It transmits on ITV1 tonight at 10.45pm
