Stern & Wild clients scoop Primetime Emmy for Stanley Tucci culinary travel series

Many congratulations to Stern & Wild filmmakers Ben Jessop and Ian Denyer on a brilliant Primetime Emmy win for TUCCI IN ITALY (BBC Studios Specialist Factual Productions and Salt Productions for Nat Geo) at the first two nights of the 78th Emmy Awards.

The hugely popular food travel series won the award for Outstanding Hosted Non-fiction Series or Special against stiff competition including from THE RELUCTANT TRAVELLER WITH EUGENE LEVY (Twofour in association with Apple for Apple TV) which is exec produced by fellow Stern & Wild client Sara Brailsford.

Ben Jessop is Showrunner and Co-Exec Producer of the winning series of TUCCI IN ITALY, while Ian Denyer is one of the season’s two Directors. The series was also nominated in the Non-fiction Programme categories for Outstanding Cinematography and Outstanding Sound Mixing.

In addition, to Ben the series is exec produced by Stanley Tucci, Lottie Birmingham and Amanda Lyon, with Francesco Ficarra and Sheena Whitemore as Producers. The second Director is Chris Parkin.
