Five remarkable projects from Stern & Wild clients in the running for the 2026 Broadcast Awards
We are delighted to announce that five projects from Stern & Wild filmmakers have been shortlisted for the 2026 Broadcast Awards. Congratulations to Jenny Ash, Havana Marking, Alex Thomas, Stuart Bernard and Neil Grant.
Two powerful feature-length client projects are nominated for the Best Documentary Programme award: FLIGHT 149: HOSTAGE OF WAR (Drum Studios for Sky Documentaries) which was originated, written and directed by Jenny Ash, and UNDERCOVER: EXPOSING THE FAR RIGHT (Tigerlily Films, Marking Films Inc, HiddenLight, Doc Society for Channel 4) directed, filmed and produced by Havana Marking.
Another two compelling projects from Stern & Wild clients are shortlisted in the Best Documentary Series category: the three-part series BIBAA & NICOLE: MURDER IN THE PARK (True Vision TV for Sky Documentaries) on which Alex Thomas is Series Director, and the three-part series LIFE AND DEATH ROW (BBC Studios Doc Unit for BBC Three) on which Stuart Bernard is Series Director.
Finally, in the running for the Best Specialist Factual Programme award is 7/7: THE LONDON BOMBINGS (The Slate Works for the BBC), the first of three series from Stern & Wild clients released this year to mark the 20th anniversary of the 2005 London terror attacks and their aftermath. The haunting four-part docuseries which aired in January was produced by Neil Grant.
