Stern & Wild filmmakers explore the golden highlights of Elton John's career

We are delighted to share the trailer for the latest project from Stern & Wild client Toby Trackman which features the legendary Sir Elton John in an exclusive documentary for the World Gold Council.

TOUCHED BY GOLD explores the impact the precious metal has had on the life and career of the iconic singer and features an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at his costume collection and other personal memorabilia. The film is directed by Toby who spent months with Elton John to craft this heartfelt journey through his extraordinary archive. It follows Toby’s recent projects, the music docuseries CAMDEN (Disney+/Lightbox) and feature documentary THE LAST MUSICIAN OF AUSCHWITZ (BBC Two/Two Rivers/Access). Stern & Wild’s Chris Wilson is Editor on TOUCHED BY GOLD and previously worked with Toby on CAMDEN, which featured Elton John collaborator Dua Lipa.

Toby and Chris are among a growing number of Stern & Wild clients working with luxury brands and have set a high bar here with this warm and wonderful film.
