True Crime win for series on London terror attacks

We are delighted for Stern & Wild filmmaker Duncan Coates whose series on the 2005 London bombings was announced as winner of the Outstanding Three-Or-More-Part Docuseries prize at last night’s CrimeCon UK True Crime Awards.

Produced by The Garden for Netflix, the four-part ATTACK ON LONDON: HUNTING THE 7/7 BOMBERS was released to mark the 20th anniversary of the London terror attacks and provides a minute-by-minute account of events surrounding the bombings and the hunt to find those responsible. Congratulations to Duncan who is Showrunner and Co-Executive Producer and to Stern & Wild’s Stephen Franklin who is Edit Producer.

Shout out too to Stern & Wild filmmaker Alex Thomas whose incredible three-part documentary BIBAA & NICOLE: MURDER IN THE PARK (True Vision TV for Sky Documentaries) received a Highly Commended citation in the same category.

A huge well done to the winning productions and to every nominated project. For a full list of last night’s winners, click here.
